Supply Chain, Fees and Subcontracting

Intent
Further Education colleges are required to publish a transparent supply chain and fees policy in line with public sector organisations. The policy applies to all supply chain activity supported with funds supplied by the Education and Skills Funding Agency or any successor organisations. In addition and as a condition of funding, colleges are also required to publish financial information regarding the use of subcontracted training providers.
