About our apprenticeship experience
Our programmes offer apprentices the opportunity to work across different industries and are designed for those who have, or are about to, finish School or College – and span areas such as Audit, Software Engineering, KPMG Law and Data & Analytics.
At KPMG, our apprentices gain valuable work experience, develop core skills and will be supported in their study towards fully funded professional qualifications and accreditations – all whilst earning a salary.
Our diverse employee networks, clubs and learning community help our apprentices to develop connections and build new friendships, not just for today, but for their career ahead. There are also plenty of opportunities for them to get involved in volunteering, so they’ll be encouraged to make a difference at work and outside of the office too.
Support
When apprentices join us, they’ll take part in a virtual induction week – an introduction to our firm, and a way for them to meet their peers and build valuable connections, from day one.
We’ll support them in their transition to the workplace too; providing them with a buddy, performance manager, access new joiner forums and range of learning opportunities which will allow them to shape their own development.
About KPMG
With a worldwide presence, KPMG continues to build on our successes thanks to a clear vision, our people and Our Values – we’re supporting businesses to grow, our people to achieve and our communities to thrive.
Our largest practice is Audit, which helps to build the confidence and trust that business and society needs. In Tax & Law, Consulting, Deal Advisory and Technology & Engineering, we help companies to solve some of their most complex business challenges.
Our places fill fast, so we’d encourage applications as soon as possible.
