This introductory session is being led by Caroline Officer, a media professional with over 15 years experience on set and Alex Withers, an assistant director (AD) on film and HETV production.

Caroline and Alex will take you on a whistle-stop tour of how a set operates, what protocols to follow, what to wear and what to avoid.

This is ideal for people with limited or no experience on set.

Scholarships for students outside of Scotland

A new scholarship for students outside of Scotland has been introduced for 2022 entry. The ‘Undergraduate Merit Bursary’ will provide students with £1000 per year of study towards their living costs if they achieve BBB at A-Level (or equivalent). Alongside this, all tuition fees for 4-year and 5-year courses are capped at 3 and 4 years, respectively.

STEP IN,  STEP UP – AN INSIGHT INTO BANKING: DEADLINE APPROACHING

One way we demonstrate this commitment is through Step In, Step Up: An Insight to Banking Programme, which is an integral part of our diversity recruiting efforts.

Step In, Step Up is an introductory two-day programme designed for Year 12 / 13 female students. This programme comprises of divisional overviews, case studies, panel sessions, a trading floor tour and interactive workshops. Participants will also have the opportunity to work as a team, develop their presentation skills and network with employees at all stages of their careers.
