This qualification provides essential knowledge for those working in customer facing roles. It has been designed to make learners aware of the principles of personal well-being and some of the ways of maintaining it. It also explores the impact of positive behaviour, healthy-eating, mindfulness and meditation on mental well-being.
We offer a range of courses for adults in hairdressing and beauty therapies. Our classes are exclusive to adults, taught in our salon and classrooms in small groups.
Fees: £30 per learner
You may be eligible for funding through the Adult Skills Fund if you are aged 19 or above, with an annual salary of less than £25,750 per annum (unemployed, employed or self-employed), meeting residency eligibility.
