Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Aesthetics

The Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Aesthetics is a beauty aesthetic qualification aimed at level 3 qualified practitioners aged 18 and over who wish to add a range of Advanced Aesthetic Treatments to their repertoire of treatment offerings and proceed to Employment as a level 4 Aesthetic Practitioner.

This qualification is informed by employers and national and international standards for aesthetic beauty and developed by technical experts. It includes all the required elements to work effectively as a fully commercial aesthetic practitioner.

The course includes theoretical study with practical learning, delivered at Channelside campus.

Fees: £941 per learner.

Course Content

What Modules will you Study?

Students will develop the knowledge, understanding
and skills to consult with and analyse clients whilst providing treatments in
skin needling, skin peeling, micro-pigmentation, laser and light. Topics
include:

Principles, practice, and ethics of advanced aesthetic therapies.

Investigative consultation for advanced aesthetic therapies.

Skin science for advanced aesthetic therapies.

Provide radio frequency treatments.

Provide cosmetic skin needling treatments.

Provide skin peeling treatments.

Enhance appearance using dermaplaning techniques.

Entry Requirements

What are the entry requirements?

Learners are required to hold a level 2 and 3 regulated beauty therapy qualification or equivalent as a pre-requisite for this qualification.

Confidence in English and maths will be beneficial.

Progression

What opportunities will this lead to?

On completion of this qualification students may progress directly into employment, in the advanced non-medical aesthetic industry providing a range of aesthetic treatments.
