Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery

If you choose the diploma in Professional Cookery you'll develop vital skills in food safety and hygiene and teamwork as well as choosing from a range of practical options, anything from cooking shellfish dishes to developing menus.

Level 3 is ideal if you have worked in a proffessional kitchen for some time, or have a Level 2 qualification. Your work might involve supervising others or managing resources. You want to develop your skills further, perhaps to become a specialist chef or move into a management role.

What are the entry requirements?

Level 2 relevant qualification or 5 GCSE's at Grade 4 or above.

Ideally have some industry experience.
