This course is distance learning, with the option of drop in support sessions at Channelside.
This course is fully funded for learners aged 19+ by The Adult Skills Fund.

What Modules will you Study?
This introductory course will focus on what is mental health and developing an understanding of mental health. You will discuss various mental health issues, mental illness, psychological disorders, and what we actually mean by good mental health.
