Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service

The Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service is aimed at those new to customer service roles and those with aspirations to find employment in a customer service role.

This qualification covers knowledge and skills needed to work in customer service roles in a wide range of contexts.

The course is delivered at our Channelside campus, in small groups.

Entry Requirements

What are the entry requirements?

There are no formal entry requirements other than an interest in the subject and a commitment to attend and complete the course.

You may find it helpful if you have previously studied at Level 1.

Progression

What opportunities will this lead to?

On completion you will have the skills and knowledge required to successfully work in a customer services role. This qualification is a great addition to your CV when applying for any role which has an element of customer service. You may wish to progress to a higher level business course with Furness College.
