This qualification aims to introduce learners to the use of counselling skills in everyday life and work, and some of the approaches that underpin the use of these skills.
This is a distance learning course with support from a tutor.
This course typically takes 12 weeks to complete and start dates are offered throughout the year.
This course is aimed at adult learners over 19 and may be fully funded subject to meeting eligibility requirements*.
*Age 19+, unemployed and/or in receipt of benefits or earning a low wage. Funding eligibility can be discussed after application.
