This course is ideal for anyone looking to start a career in the hospitality and catering industry. You will develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to work in this exciting sector, including food preparation, food and drink service, and preparing dining areas for customers. Alongside gaining an understanding of how the hospitality industry operates, you will also have the opportunity to achieve an Award in Food Safety, helping to enhance your skills and employability.

Course Content

What Modules will you Study?

You will study units such as

- an introduction to the hospitality industry
- basic food preparation
- serving food and drink
- preparing the dining area for service

You will also have the opportunity to gain the Award in Food Safety as part of this course.
