Student Profile
Alex Eggleston

"Working as a manufacturing engineer, opportunities for hands on work are rare. I've loved being able to pick up the tools and learn basic MIG welding.

The course has given me appreciation for the art and I can't wait to start the Manual Metal Arc course in January."

I did the bricklaying course a couple of years ago and all the courses are the same, good fun, a really good atmosphere and you meet interesting people. Everybody pitches in, it's a good community.

I have thouroughly enjoyed welding, but it's not as easy as it looks! I am here to the learn the skills to be able to complete projects myself. I'll be doing the Manual Metal Arc course next.
