The BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering is designed to provide learners with the technical knowledge and practical skills necessary for a career in modern engineering. The course covers a range of topics, including health and safety in the engineering workplace, engineering drawing, fabrication, mechanical principles and electrical technology.
This is a full-time, one year course.

Entry Requirements
What are the entry requirements?
Applicants should hold a relevant engineering qualification at level 2, plus GCSE English and maths Grade 4 or above OR five GCSEs Grade 4 or above - to include English or maths.
If you hold GCSE grade 3 in either English Langauage or maths you may be able to study and resit alongside this programme. We are unable to offer two GCSE courses with this programme.

On completion of this qualification you will have opportunities for practical hands-on roles across various industries including: machining, maintenance, technical support, mechatronics and manufacturing.
