The college has a number of policies and procedures in place for delivering its services and responsibilities.
Policies set the boundaries within which the College operates and they reflect the philosophy of the organisation.
Procedures outline the series of steps that used to accomplish specific tasks. All staff and students are required to follow these procedures.
Agreed policies and procedures provide a framework in which decisions can be made. They also help us to standardise and improve the College’s service to you.
