The Applicants’ Day will be held at college on Thursday 6th July commencing at 9:30am and ending at approx. 3.00pm.
The event is very important and we would most strongly recommend that you attend because it will allow you to find out about a wide range of highly relevant topics including: –
• The content and method of assessment of subjects you are considering
• The staff who are likely to be teaching you
• The college’s pastoral support systems
• Current students’ views on college life
• Student bursaries and travel information
• Completion of the Induction task necessary to enrol on the Level 3 Animal Management Course
As you can see the day will be very informative and it will also be an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the college layout and meet other students from a range of schools from around the area; inevitably this will help you to settle in when you arrive in September.
In order that the day meets your individual needs we would advise that if you are still trying to confirm your final choices please choose 4 subjects you are still considering listed and we shall use this to produce your timetable for the day which you will collect on arrival.
For Animal Management Applicants, please only select Animal Management.
