Monthly Management Accounts

Each month*, the Finance team prepares a set of management accounts which provide details of the College’s current performance against annual budget approved by Governors. These are presented to Governors at Finance and Resources Committee meetings, and at Board meetings. A summary commentary starts the accounts which is followed by detailed analysis of all aspects of the College’s financial position. The accounts also provide year-end forecasts against each line.
