The Forge Brasserie

Located in the main Reception area, the Forge Brasserie provides high quality, delicious lunches cooked and served by our very own Catering and Hospitality students at very competitive prices.

The Forge Brasserie provides:

  • a different menu every week
  • a full restaurant licence.
  • a loyalty scheme for regular clients.
  • catering for all diets. Please notify us of any special requirements when booking.

Opening times:

  • Lunch is available every week on Wednesday and Fridays and evening meals on a Thursday evening only.
  • Other times through prior arrangement.

Roasted sundried tomato and basil soup served with fresh bread

Grapefruit segments finished with a mulled wine syrup

Sweet chilli beef strips of tender beef pieces coated in a sweet chilli sauce resting on a bed of mixed leaves

Roast Fylde turkey with the traditional sausages wrapped in bacon, sage and onion stuffing and a rich port sauce

Poached cod loin on a bed of crushed potatoes and wilted watercress

Mixed mushroom tartlet finished with a relish chutney

All are served with creamed and roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables
