Golden Apple Furness College Finalists announced.

Furness College has finalists in five categories for this year’s CN Group Education and Learning Awards. Congratulations go to the Art & Design Students for the Innovation in the Arts Award; Access Student, Gillian Mahaffy – Against All  Odds Award; Jadwiga Kulik – Apprentice of the Year; Barrow Borough Council – Employer of the Year for their work with Furness Training and the Skills for Life Team and Graham Hodgson for the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Staff and award finalists have been invited to a gala evening to be held at the Energus Centre, Lillyhall, near Workington on October 6 where the category winners will be announced.
