Customer Service

Good customer service is key to the success of any business or organisation. It’s one of those useful skills that’s found all over the place and covers all the extras that make a customer’s experience better.

A Customer Services Apprenticeship covers the skills you need to provide excellent customer service, and can be applied to hundreds of job roles across many different sectors, from government to telecommunications. However, most customer service apprentices work in retail, financial services, call centres, hospitality, or sport and recreation.

  • Taking on an apprentice means giving that person the opportunity to develop and progress their career within your organisation. We currently have three apprentices who are all growing in confidence and increasingly taking on more responsibility. I would recommend the apprenticeship programme as it allows you to nurture your apprentices to grow and develop in the way your business needs whilst learning on the job

  • Gemma Wood - Apprentice

I chose to do an apprenticeship as I wanted to learn in a real working environment whilst getting paid at the same time. I'm enjoying everything about the programme as you get supported every day and you're constantly learning new skills. I think apprentices benefit businesses because they learn the job in the way the business wants.
