If you are ready to apply online please visit the course/subject page and click the ‘apply now’ button.

You will be taken to an online form, where you will see your chosen course in the basket at the top of the page. If you are applying for A Levels or other Sixth Form courses you will need to submit 3 course choices on your form. To add other courses, return to the course pages of your second and third choice and click ‘apply now’. Your courses will be stored in your basket until you complete the application and submit.

Once your completed application has been received by our team you will receive an acknowledgement by email. We will continue to communicate with you via email to keep you up to date with the next steps in the application and enrolment process. Please ensure that the email address you submit on your application is one that you check regularly.

We understand that you are making a big decision and may have more than one option that you are considering. It is ok to apply for more than one course. As part of the application process you will be invited to an informal interview, where you will be able to discuss the course and your career aspirations with the course tutor or one of our school engagement team.

If you would prefer to print an application form this can be found below. Once completed please return your form to our Student Services team by email: student.services@furness.ac.uk or to our Channelside campus, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria, LA14 2PJ in person or in the post.
